  • Ingredients


    • Pork komagire meat…200g

    • Eggs…2

    • Soy sauce, mirin, sugar…1 tablespoon each

  • Instructions


    1. Beat the eggs, stir-fry gently, and set aside.

    2. Coat the pork komagire with potato starch and stir-fry in oil.
