New Norms of Leadership Cultivated Through Art: Beyond Lectures, "Creating and Performing" Transforms the Next Generation of Leaders

A study by the University of Eastern Finland has shown that arts-based methods (such as painting, music, theater, and play) are effective in leadership education. These methods enhance emotional intelligence, creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration, while creating a learning environment that replicates workplace complexities. The study suggests that the introduction of these methods requires the design of a safe learning space and institutional support, aligning with previous reviews.
