A study by the University of Eastern Finland has shown that arts-based methods (such as painting, music, theater, and play) are effective in leadership education. These methods enhance emotional intelligence, creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration, while creating a learning environment that replicates workplace complexities. The study suggests that the introduction of these methods requires the design of a safe learning space and institutional support, aligning with previous reviews. While there are mixed opinions on social media and within communities, the prevailing view is that these methods are effective when combined with practical reflection. The next challenge is to verify the objectivity of evaluations and the external validity of the findings.
